As we transition through the process of closing our store, it is essential to communicate our updated policy regarding returns and refunds. Effective immediately, all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

This decision is part of our liquidation process, which necessitates a clear and definitive approach to sales. Customers are advised to carefully consider their purchases before finalizing any transactions. The nature of this liquidation means that all items are sold as-is, and no returns will be accepted.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and encourage customers to reach out with any questions regarding specific items prior to purchase. It is crucial to ensure that the selected products meet your needs and expectations, as we will not be able to accommodate any returns or exchanges.

Our products are designed to be rustic and made by the hands of artisans. That means all distressing, splits, painting, staining, finishing, wood knots, rough cuts, and graining will vary. We will not consider these perceived quality issues for return.

RETURNS

  • Customer pick-ups are final sale only and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • A 2-day return policy is available for delivered furniture only. The item(s) returned must be unused and in the same condition you received it. After 3 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery charges cannot be refunded. Return service fees are the buyers responsibility.

  • Home décor, mattresses, upholstery, textiles, and rugs cannot be returned.

  • Financed items, special orders, closeouts, scratch & dent, holiday items, and specific sale markdowns cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card account used for purchase less restocking fee.

  • Cash refunds will be made in the form of a check and will take up to 14 days to settle.

  • No refund will be given without a receipt as proof of purchase.
